How are payments structured?
Payments follow a schedule tied to the contract, and the final payment is always the last 10%.
What warranty documentation does the owner receive?
A record for each item that shows the installation date for the workmanship warranty and the purchase date for the equipment warranty.
Which manufacturers do you work with?
ITS is a Control4 Diamond Dealer and an authorized dealer for Focal, Leon Speakers, Future Automation, RUCKUS Networks and Axis Communications. Other brands we work with include Josh.ai, Savant, Somfy, Turing AI cameras and Ubiquiti networking.
