How does Josh.ai work with Control4?
Josh.ai is a voice assistant made for high-end homes. It connects to your Control4 system so you can control lights, shades, music and climate by speaking normally.
Do you work with my builder and designer?
Yes. We regularly work alongside builders, architects and interior designers. We review the plans, place every device on the drawings and coordinate finishes, speakers and TV placement with the design.
Do you do high-rise and commercial work?
Yes. We work in condos and penthouses, coordinating with building management, and our commercial team handles cabling, access control, cameras, conference rooms, sales centers and BDA/DAS.
How do you work with project managers?
We schedule our work in the same phases as yours, keep one point of contact on the job, answer RFIs in writing and price any change order before the work is done.
What do you provide to GCs and owner's reps?
Device layout drawings, itemized proposals, a written division of work with the electrician, written RFI responses, a field bill of materials, pay applications tied to the contract, insurance certificates and warranty documentation at hand-off.
